A Daily Routine

Meditation should be incorporated into your daily routine.

Wake up

Breakfast

  • Have something that will start your day. An orange, banana, pair, cherries, grapes, carrot, celery, etc. (Some type of fruit and/or vegetables that are beneficial for you, stay away from fruits with high sugar content, like apples.)
  • Do not skip this step.
  • Just have a few fruits and/or vegetables to start your day. Apples are not included in this.
  • Floss (or waterpik) and brush your teeth.

Between Breakfast and Lunch

Lunch

Note: Remember you are not ‘drinking’ a green smoothie. You are to take in some green smoothie, and crew it up to get your saliva into the green smoothie, then swallow. Do not skip this step for the entire smoothie.

Between Lunch and Dinner

Dinner

  • Dinner should consist of Raw food. Main Courses. Soups. Salads.
  • Dinner should be at least 3-4 hours prior to sleeping.
  • Attempt to no drink anything with your dinner.
  • Dinner should consist of a good green salad.
  • Make different types of green salads daily to avoid having the same every day.
  • Floss (or waterpik) and brush your teeth.

Between Dinner and rest for the night.

  • Attempt to not eat anything at this time.
  • Attempt not to drink anything at this time.

Before resting for the night.

  • Take a shower or a bath to clean and relax your body.
  • Stretch your body.
  • While in bed for the night, think of all you want to manifest in your life, thinking positive.
  • Rest your mind, focus on nothing, go to sleep.  If your mind wonders, dismiss what you are thinking about, focus on nothing, and go to sleep.
