Our use of Wheatgrass, and you should do also.
We have been using Wheatgrass power in our diet for years.
- This is not a product that we place in Green Smoothie, rather a drink we consume daily.
- You can place in Green Smoothies, however we grow wheatgrass to place in Green Smoothies.
- If you grow your own wheatgrass, or know your source well, you can also juice it.
- It is recommended to drink about two liters of water a day (about a half gallon.)
- We consume about a 2-4 tablespoons of Wheatgrass powder in a 16 oz stainless steel bottle filled with filtered water. Shake and drink.
- Check out our drink menu for Green Drinks and Detox Drinks.
