How to Consume Green Tea
- Consume Green Tea either hot, warm, or cold.
- Use at least filtered water when you make your tea.
- If you require sweetener, the only sweetener I recommend is natural honey.
- Not the honey sold in stores.
- You will not get the benefits from store bought honey.
- Also you must find a bee keeper that does not heat the honey up beyond 118 degrees Fahrenheit.
