Ways to clean your body

Method 1 ( Two tubs or shower).

  1. It has been stated that you can clean your body by having two tubs of water. One cold and the other mildly warm (Do not make so hot it burns you.). You would bath in the warm water for a couple minutes. Then go to the cold for a couple of minutes, then back to the warm for a couple of minutes. Finish up in the cold water to close your pores.
  2. Taking a shower using the method above should give you same results.
  3. The purpose behind this method is to open and close your pores resulting in cleansing your skin.

Method 2 (Use Soap and luffa)

  1. Get your body wet with warm water and place organic soap on your luffa and scrub your body.
  2. Rinse with cold water to close your pores.

Notes:

  1. Use a luffa sponge or a Loofah. Other names, Loofa, loufa, luffa, fufa, pouf, fuff, poof or scrunchie. Using a luffa or a loofah is to exfoliate your skin.
  2. Use mild soap that is organic.  
  3. A good soap to use is Dr. Bronner’s. Dr. Bronner’s products can be found in most grocery stores or purchased online. They currently make eight different types of pure-castile liquid soaps.
  4. Search and Shop locally for soaps made naturally.

Method 3 (Good for relaxing, releasing stress, and detox of skin.)

  1. While filling tub with warm water, place Epson Salts (Magnesium sulfate) per recommendation on container.
  2. Soak in the water for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Drain tub and Rinse your body off with a shower of cold water.

Notes:

  1. Attempt to get your Magnesium Sulfate with minimum added additives or fragrances for better detox of skin.
  2. You can add essential oils to your bath or in diffuser for aromatherapy.
