Cleaning fruits and vegetables prior to processing
- All fruits and vegetables should be sprayed with 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide),
- Let sit for a minute or two, then spray with apple cider vinegar (or white, but apple is better).
- Let sit for a minute or two.
- Wash with filtered water.
- Now ready to use.
Processing
- Knives and peelers that are ceramic or bamboo are the best to use.
- I do not recommend plastic.
- Using a metal knife on fruits and vegetables will brown the product quickly and make it go bad quicker.
Cooking Food
- You may be surprised to hear this, however cooking your food is bad for you.
- Cooking food above 118 degrees Fahrenheit destroys nutritional values in the food.
- You should prepare and eat all food raw and as close to raw as possible.
- I am not saying eating raw fish, meat, etc.
- I am saying stop eating fish, and meat all together.
- There are other food that are better for you, see here.
- Don’t cook your food, consume Raw Foods raw.
- There are many Raw Food Cook Books and Smoothie cook books on the market.
- Eating of Raw food has been going on for decades now.
- I have purchased many over the years and have benefited from the marvelous creations.
