If your feet smell or know of someone that constantly has stinky feet, then the feet are not being cleaned well enough or often enough. Bottom Line. To remove the stench from feet do the following.
- Wash your feet multiple times a day with soap and water using a luffa or a loofah.
- Get your feet wet with warm water and place organic soap on your luffa and scrub your feet. Rinse with cold water to close your pores.
- Change your socks at least daily.
- If your feet get wet or feel wet, change your socks.
- Use foot powder in stinky shoes.
- Use foot powder often if your feet sweat (perspire).
If you wash your feet multiple times a day, change socks, and use foot powder your feet will no longer smell.
Once the smell is gone, you no longer need to wash multiple times a day. You maybe able to goes a week or more without your feet smelling.
Never reuse your socks until they are cleaned appropriately and dried.
