Urinating at night can be stopped by strengthening your bladder and placing a subconscious reminder to hold your urine in.
The method is so simple, however must be done every time you go to the bathroom to urinate. Keep the method going for a few months or more once you notice that you have stopped urinating the bed while asleep. If you stop the below procedure because you stopped urinating the bed and time goes by and you started urinating again, just start the method again until stopped. It does not hurt to do this method all the time regardless if needed or not, just takes time.
- Male and/or Female the procedure is the same.
- Go to the bathroom and prepare to urinate.
- Prior to urinating, hold your urine in for ten seconds, then urinate.
- Do not use anything other then your mind to hold your urine in.
- Repeat process every time you have to urinate and a few months or more after you have stopped wetting the bed.
That is how simple the process is. I was told of this when I was a very young child and it has worked for me, my children and any others that I have told that followed the advise.
