I am uncertain on the complete information to give to someone that is losing hair, or have already lost it.

Best practice is to eat healthy and not have stress in your life. If your hair loss is do to genetics then I am not sure if their is any natural way to grow your hair back.

Preventing Hair loss

  1. Do not let stress build up in your neck and scalp. If your muscles in your neck and scalp tighten then blood flow is restricted to your hair. People tend to keep stress in the back of the neck, above ears and forehead. Massage, Massage multiple times a day to keep your muscles relaxed.
  2. Eat appropriately. Consume only health food.
  3. Do not use harsh chemicals on your hair.
  4. Be gentle with your hair.
  5. There are natural chemicals you can buy to increase your chances of keeping or regaining your hair. However at this time of writing, I have not sought them or tried them.

If you look at your past bloodlines (Mothers and Fathers) and notice a pattern of hair loss, then there maybe not much you can do to stop your DNA from filling out its destiny. However never give up on your journey to find the correct answers that you request.
