Lemon Juicer

Norpro Stainless-Steel Citrus Juice Press is what I ended up with.

The Norpro Stainless-Steel Citrus Juice Press is heavy constructed. After a year or so of morning daily use of squeezing lemons, it still looks and feels like I just purchased it.

As of today, Amazon.com has the Norpro Stainless-Steel Citrus Juice Press for under $24.00 with free shipping on orders over $35.00.

Tip: You are using the juice only from the lemons, buy organic lemons. Read about why here, finish this.
Slice the citrus in half. Place half of citrus in with the cut side into the round side of the press with the holes. Opposite of what is shown in the picture below. You will notice you get an easier squeeze with more juice without it getting in your eyes.
We also like to leave the lemons out of the cold storage for a couple of hours before cutting with a ceramic knife and pressing, make pressing easier.
After squeezing the lemon halves, place both in on top of each other and press the rest out.
Use the Organic lemon peels in your smoothies, multiple benefits.
We also use this to squeeze oranges for soaking dates to soften them for use as a substitute for sugar in different recipes.

Here are a couple of pictures of the Norpro Stainless-Steel Citrus Juice Press that we have purchased.

We also have and used the below types, however the Norpro, is our favorate.

We have purchased all types of presses from local stores, and the best is the Norpro Stainless-Steel Citrus Juice Press.  Others break and are not strong enough to complete squeeze down without bending or breaking.
