Excalibur Dehydrators are the best that I have come across.

They all have a dial to set temperature. Some have more trays then others. Some come with a timer to shut off after the dialed hours has been depleted on the timer.
The heat and fan are in the back of these to blow the exact temperature you dial in across all sheets at once creating an even drying experience for each tray. Other brand of dehydrators we have used or made over the years have all dried from the bottom up, taking drying longer and not consistent. Sometimes getting mold on the top trays because they do not dry.
I have never had any issues with the Excalibur Dehydrators, everything dries evenly and as expected.
The dehydrators do not come with ParaFlexx™ Premium Non Stick Drying Sheet 14"x14". These sheets are super flexible non-stick sheets for fruit leathers, rollups, taffies, crackers and much more... Easy to clean and reusable for years.
If you purchase any Excalibur products from other sites to save cost, make sure they say Excalibur on them. If they do not have Excalibur on them, then they are going to work out so well. I have bought generic ParaFlexx Non Stick Drying Sheets and could not get the leathers off of and part of the sheets came with my leather, not good. Buy Excalibur brand accessories for the Excalibur!
Here is a picture of one of the ones we have. If you prepare a lot of Raw Food Recipes you will end up finding out you may want to have multiple, or you may have to wait till some things are done before dehydrating others.
