The Cuisinart DLC-2011N Prep Plus 11-Cup Food Processor, is what we use for making butter and for times when lots of food needs to be prepped quickly.

Currenly it appears this model is no longer sold, however similar models replaced this one.
Note: We have went through a couple of these over the years because of the multiple loaves of bread we make that our family consumes.
- Use the KitchenAid Professional Series Stand Mixer to make bread.
- Do not buy from anyone else besides KitchenAid or KitchenAid will not honor the warrantee.
- If buying outside of KitchenAid you will not know if it a refurbished or has generic parts that will fail.
- Cuisinart will not warranty the motor from excessive use, so plan on buying another if you use it to knead bread.
