- Regulating your sugar levels using Raw Natural Foods is very possible and to reduce or eliminate insulin dependence.
- First step, is getting your mind (brain) to except that it is possible and actually start.
- Drink Green Smoothies with natural sweeteners that will not raise your sugar levels.
- Stay away from fruits and sugars that have a high glycemic index.
- Never use cane sugar, corn syrup, high fructose anything, etc.
- Stevia and Honey may not be suitable.
- I recommend soaking pitted dates in orange juice for a few hours then blend.
- Use the blended pitted dates as your sweetener, can use the juice as part of your water also, be creative.
- Agave syrup or pure grade B maple syrup would be second to dates.
- Search Web on ‘how to reduce diabetes’, should give you good results.

Diabetics can reverse insulin dependency by consuming Raw Foods. It is up to the person to except that it can be done and want to eat Raw Foods that are plant-based, mostly of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
